After completing the first phase of ankle stability, it’s time to take it to the next level!

Phase 2 of this program focuses on dynamic stability. Almost all of gymnastics takes place on soft surfaces which reduces the force on the ankles, but makes them work harder to stay in the correct position. Make sure your gymnasts are prepared.
