This is the Prehab Program that I use for all of my gymnasts and the gyms that I work with. Use this program to prevent injury and improve the performance of your gymnasts. Use the entire program for your whole team, or divide them into groups for the most needed body parts. Either way, reap the benefits of a prehab program designed by a PT with the knowledge of a gymnast and a coach.
