Hi! I’m Dr. Ian Crider. I’m a physical therapist who specializes in keeping gymnasts healthy, happy, and safe! I’m so glad that you found me and I would love to help you in any way that I can. Here is a short intro about me: I was a gymnast for 16 years (all the way through college) and have been a coach for 15 years. Now I’m a PT and I love helping coaches and parents take care of their gymnasts better.
