In addition to our amazing clinicians and staff coaches you can learn from, you will learn the importance of self-care and mental well-being in three specific areas by multiple subject-matter experts. Their areas include:

  • Physical Health- Dr. Ian Crider, PT will be helping coaches learn about recovery, preventing injury, and training smarter not harder.
  • Mental Health- Rebecca Grady, LMHC, NCC will be teaching on topics such as mental toughness, getting through mental blocks, positive self talk, and more!
  • Nutrition- Kerry Bair, RD will help you confidently speak to your gymnasts about nutrition.

Dr. Ian Crider, PT

After competing for 16 years and coaching for over 15 years, Dr. Ian is now a physical therapist who has a passion for helping gymnasts stay happy, healthy, and safe. He has made it his mission to help coaches, parents, and gymnasts perform at their best while avoiding injuries.

Dr. Ian came up with the idea for Peak Performance Gymnastics Camp in order to further his mission by reaching more gymnasts and coaches. Through this camp and his other programs, he is working hard to have his dream become reality.

“All I want is for the gymnastics world to be able to use the knowledge I have gained through formal education and personal experience, to transform this sport into what I know it can be!”
