- Physical Health- Dr. Ian Crider, PT will be helping coaches learn about recovery, preventing injury, and training smarter not harder.
- Mental Health- Rebecca Grady, LMHC, NCC will be teaching on topics such as mental toughness, getting through mental blocks, positive self talk, and more!
- Nutrition- Kerry Bair, RD will help you confidently speak to your gymnasts about nutrition.
